Our story is one rooted in tradition, family, and a shared love for baking that spans three generations. It all began 30 years ago when my grandfather and father purchased the beloved Provo Bakery, a place that quickly became a cherished cornerstone of our community. Growing up surrounded by the enticing aroma of freshly baked goods and watching my grandfather and father pour their hearts into every creation, I developed a deep appreciation for the magic of baking.

 

From an early age, I dreamed of one day continuing our family’s legacy. The memories of early mornings spent in the bakery, learning to perfect a roll’s texture or flavor, and witnessing the joy our treats brought to friends and neighbors, fueled my passion. Now, that long-held dream has become a reality. My father and I have embarked on an exciting new journey, combining our shared experiences and dedication to open a bakery of our own.

 

Our focus is simple yet intentional: crafting the most delicious cinnamon rolls. Each roll is made with care, using techniques passed down through generations, while infusing our own creative twists. We are committed to providing the same warm, inviting experience that my grandfather and father cultivated years ago, but with a fresh approach that reflects our family’s evolution and growth.

 

As the son and grandson of two masterful bakers, I feel honored and humbled to carry on this tradition. This bakery represents more than just delicious pastries—it’s a celebration of family, a testament to the power of following one’s dreams, and a tribute to the community that has supported us for decades.
